Delivery Policy
Your glass will be dispatched on the day of payment, if payment
is made before 5.00pm. If payment is made after 5.00pm then the
item will be dispatched the following working day.
Our delivery costs are included within the displayed price on the
website. Delivery cost is calculated based on TNT’s volumetric
formula.
The item will be delivery with the carrier TNT. Your item will arrive
to you within 2 working days after the day of payment.
A TNT tracking number will be sent via email so that you can track
your item.
Returns and Refund Policy
If for any reason you would like to return your item then please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
If you would like to exchange your item then we will except the
item back and send a new item. We have to be notified of your decision
within 48 hours and receive the returned item within 2 working weeks.
We will however charge you for the additional delivery costs.
If you would like to get a cash refund for your item then we will
except the item back and return the money. We have to be notified
of your decision within 48 hours and receive the returned item within
2 working weeks. We will however charge you a small administration
cost of 5% of the full order amount.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before we have dispatched the item,
then we will accept this cancellation.
